Parental Contorls Not working

I have a AX5200 RAX48 router model. I also bough the Netgear Armour and Bitdefender, VPN and Parental Control and tried using parental controls to block an ip. I cant seem to get it to work.

 

I have deleted the entire app and added it back - Failed

I deleted my childs profile both on Netgear App and Bitdefender, reinstalled and added the child's profile and web site to block and it does not work.

 

Has any one had any issues blocking IP's if you are succesful, do you have a step by step?

    If you are accessing the blocked IP address from a mobile device then you need the MyTime app installed. None of the controls seem to work without the app.
