What NG router system model do you have?
What firmware version is loaded on it?
What mobile device are you using?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? If this hasn't been done yet, it will need to be to check this.
What do you mean by the controls do nothing? Doesn't give much information on what the problem is.

I've been happily using SPC for ages (had to do a factory reset to get it working), but I noticed last night that my son was still online long after his time should have been up and when I checked, none of my devices will pause when asked to. I've tried a whole range of different devices to make sure it's not limited to certain kit.
I'm not sure how long this has been the case - my son may have had freedom for months, I'm not sure.. I've just set it up and left it to it.
Running V7.2.6.31_5.0.24 on an RBK853 and knowing the issues some have had with .31, wondering if anyone has reported SPC issues with this release that you know of?
I have a spare day tomorrow, so am somewhat resigned to another factory reset and potentially downgrade to .21, but curious if there is any knowledge of SPC in this scenario.
Have also logged an Incident with NG support, but not had much help from them previously.

Factory reset done, remaining on .31, SPC now working again. What a PITA..
Interestingly, when I restored the config file from backup, SPC didn't work, but a fresh reset/re-config (which has given me RSI from re-defining all my reserved addresses) it's working.
Now to wager how long it will remain working for and will have to set reminders to check in on it periodically.
