Parental Controls stopped working

I've been using Parental Controls from my Orbi android app to control my kids' usage of my Orbi mesh system (RBR850 + 3 satellites)

I've just noticed that for the past two weeks no activity has been logged against the Profiles I've created.  No alerts. Nothing.  I've even now created an Adult level profile for just my phone, but it's showing zero activity and history.

What FW is loaded on the system? 

Have you contacted NG support about this?
