Parental Controls
I just purchased the Nighthawk AC1900 Model R6900 Router. When I log into the router, I do not see parental controls. When I switch back and forth between basic and advance, as the screen is witching I can for a second see in the backgorund Parental Controls and it disappears.
How do I access parental controls or does this router have Smart Parental Controls?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Also check FW update release notes for any information regarding SPC.

The product data sheet for the R6900 mentions Disney Circle parental controls, which was what Netgear was offering until about two years ago when Netgear's own Smart Parental Controls (SPC) offering began rolling out. The User Guide is dated 2015. That is WAY prior to SPC.
My hunch is "not a chance" for SPC on the R6900. However, someone might notice if you post the question in the Nighthawk WiFi router forum: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/bd-p/home-wifi-routers-nighthawk
You could also try loading the Nighthawk 'app' and see if Parental Controls are featured in it.
