I have an orbit router rbk752. the parental controls no longer work on my childrens macs. I block their computer and they are still able to get online. any ideas?

Macs use dynamic MAC addresses, you would have to change the setting on them to use a fixed MAC address, this would allow the Orbi to then block them everytime.

In addition to iPhones, this is now the default for new Android phones and tablets as well. That option in settings works as long as the kids are not able to access the settings menu and change it back to 'random'.

Hey dolimite
Are you able to see the devices in the iOS app?
Since my system auto-upgraded firmware to v 4.6.5.14 I'm getting a CDIL-API-FAIL error when trying to access device list or trying to add a device to a profile in smart parent controls.
