RAX35v2 Parental Controls blocking wrong devices

I have subscribed to the Parental Controls and now my internet is being blocked. My device (Windows 11 PC) is in the always online group with no restrictions. I have to disable Parental Controls in order to surf the web. Anyone else having this issue? How do we fix this?

I have come to this conclusion after several months of troubleshooting. My Wifi is great. I even bought a USB Wifi adapter. My phone does not have any issues when next to my PC. I have reset my PC, and uninstalled my anti virus. I can enable the setting and I'm blocked. When I disable it, I'm back online.
