RBK53: SPC subscription - Internet pause not working

Hi All,

I just realized that the internet blocking hasn't been working for the past week. My kids who usually ask me to unblock haven't been asking me and on checking I found whether blocking at profile level or device level doesn't do a thing. I tried reinstalling the App as well as rebooting the router. I have RBK53 with FW v2.7.4.24. 

 

Please help, it is becoming uncontrollable at home without any downtime.

    I have the same problem on fw 2.7.5.4

     

    The pause doesn't do anything and neither doing it from the ACL

    I too am experiencing this. Started noticing my kids devices playing videos at midnight with them knocked out next to them… I’ve tried blocking devices or pauses my kids internet access but it’s not functioning at all. Going to try restarting the router but this is terrible for a paid subscription…
