RBR50 can not subscribe to premium parental controls after being previous circle user.
I have the Netgear Orbi RBR50. Following a recent firmware ugrade I was advised to upgrade my parental controls from Circle to Netgear's Smart Parental Controls so i did so. They provided a 30 day trial to the Premium features which I did. Now my problem is that it appears that I can't access an ongoing subscription to the Premium features. In the Orbi app when I select 'Unlock Premium' it tells me that the monthly or annual subscription “plan is not available”
Can somebody please advise me what I have to do to get a Premium subscription? I have tried sending several bug reports messages inside the app but got no response fron your team. Please help me subscribe so I can enable the advertised services.
