rbr50v2 parental controls no usage

Question

I have setup and paid for the parental controls. It has been working but now all profiles with devices have not usage time nor are the time limits working.

I have rebooted the router and I am still having the issue. I did change internet providers two days ago but I do not see how that could affect the parental controls.

I am running V2.7.2.104

If you mark the issue 'solved' then you get credit and others no it is no longer an open issue.
