RBR750 - How to manage parental controls subscription
So... I've signed up for a year of parental controls but can't seem to find where I manage the subscription on the netgear site. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Click on "add ons"
Its done through the app.
open the app and click on the upper left home icon.
Then click on "my subscriptions"
I don't have an option on the app for subscriptions. I assume you're referring to the Orbi app that I use to maintain my router and everything. Account management, support and profile options from the home menu don't show anything useful either. I want to change my setting to not auto-renew but it doesn't seem to show me how to control that.

Any thoughts?Are you subscribed to parental controls and is it running?
Then it should give you an option. In mine, if my parental controls/other add in's aren't running, it doesn't show the option.
