I think that is Smart Parental Controls using the Orbi App as the way in.

That's too bad, I thought this would be a simple request and the smart controls in the Orbi app cannot do it. I was on chat with Netgear and the rep tried, but could not get it.
It's unfortunate for what Netgear charges that a simple website block based on a schedule is not an option (for as many schedules as you need).
