Have you looked into externa DNS services like OpenDNS or NextDNS to see if they might have any options to help block certain web sites for certain time frames?

Update for anyone in the same situation where you need to block website(s) for certain periods of time, certain days (while simultaneously keeping some sites blocked 24/7):
- From what I found in the Parent Controls within the Netgear app - it won't work. From what I found using the online netgear login admin - it won't work.
- Quick solution: a site called getcoldturkey. It literally does exactly what I need and it's a one time small cost.
It does not work on mobile or Linux, but works for my specific needs.
Another option that I haven't tried, but was told on their support would handle this as well is your own firewall, such has firewalla. This would be a better option for widespread network coverage (also costs more than coldturkey).
IMO for what Netgear charges, this should be handled at the router level easily. All Netgear needs to do is allow multiple schedules within the admin login. There is a scheduling option, but only 1. Just need to duplicate that as many times as the end user needs, not sure why this isn't available.
