What region are you located?
What model Orbi system do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Try a factory reset on the Orbi system and setup from scratch using Orbi app?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

All the above have been checked and done. I can see other complaints on the same matter from other people.
