I am facing the same issue. No option as the screenshots above. Same on app. No options of add on in home. Any suggestions?

The problem is that that option is not showing. 

Unfortunatelly something is not configured correctly and the option is not even visible.

If you see above they have posed some images, showing the menu without the prental control visible.
