Disconnect the iPad from WiFi or put it in Airplane mode? 

Something to contact Apple or the Mfr of that Site Manager app.

    Whats the point if the Parental Controls if I have to manually disconnect from WiFi or put in Airplane mode? Also, why would I need to contact Apple? This is obviously a problem with Parental Controls. The only possible fix, if netgear updated the software to allow IP addresses to the allow list. This would then allow me to add this IP to the unlimited section therefore resolving the constant communication consuming the bandwidth. Does anyone know if Netgear monitors this? I no longer have a warranty on my orbi system and would love to get this feedback to them.
