We did. Please read the thread.
Something to ask Apple about in why there pad is pinging all the time.
Or - stay with me - NG says “hey, this may not work well with certain iOS configs such as [x, y or z]” before you sign up.
Or. - OR! NG actually responds to the service ticket in a meaningful, productive way like “hey, sorry about that. It’s a known issue, but we can’t fix it because it is a feature of Apple we can’t accommodate.”
Something NG support will have to review. All this seems beyond forum help at this point.
