Smart Parent Controls stopped working after trial expires then signing up
Apparently if your SPC trial expires and you pay for a 1 year subscription netgear isn't smart enough to lift the software restrictions. Customer service chat was unable to provide any solutions. C...
Try a factory reset on the NH router and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

Then connect the NH app and see if SPC works...
