Smart Parental Control outages are a parental nightmare!
Netgear team, when SPC has an outage it’s impossible to even manage the devices linked to a child profile. They have homework to do this weekend and their Chromebooks are useless without Google Classroom access.
You need to implement a solution where if the back end server is down there is a mitigation for parents to disable the service at the router level. Similar to the global “pause-all” there should be a global “stop filtering” so families continue to function until you get your server issues sorted out.
