Smart Parental Control (SPC) Available

Hi guru people,

 

I wondering if there is someone who can tell me if Smart Parental Control (SPC) is functional on my Orbi system (RBR850). I updated the system to the latest version (4.6.8.2) where the SPC should add as a new feature but I still don’t have the option.

 

i already do a factory reset to see if this action brings up the SPC function. Answer is “no”.

 

so if there is someone that can tell if the SPC function is available in The Netherlands that helps me a lot.
