Smart parental controls - "This plan is not available"
Hello,
I have the Orbi RBR50v2 using firmware V2.7.4.24. I was previously using Circle to manage parental controls but after being suggested to upgrade to Smart Parental Controls from the web interface, I did just that. I used the free trial and during which everything worked just fine.
However, the trial expired with no notifications and since I am unable to subscribe to continue using the service. When I try I am greeted with the "This plan is not available" message.
I have performed a factory settings reset through the web interface at Advanced >
Administration > Backup Settings > Revert to factory default settings. This made no difference. But one thing that I think should be noted is that after I reinstalled the Orbi app on my phone, the profiles of my children were still there. So it doesn't appear that all the settings were removed.
Please provide me some information that will allow me to subscribe to the Smart Parental Controls.

I'd try first to update the RBS then RBR lastly:
Then factory reset using:

Then setup from scratch using a PC and web browser first, don't use Orbi app:

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
