I have the exact same issue. Devices can not be seen in the app. But in the web interface I can see them.

Same issue with my Orbi app. Was on phone with customer support at 10 am today and she was not very knowledgeable and said there were no services reported down.
I still can’t do anything with the parental controls and now all the kids devices are locked out because the stupid app won’t let me turn on the internet.
This is unacceptable. Netgear has been failing again and again and I think I’m done. 600 dollar system that doesn’t even work.

Had the same issue yesterday. Today all my devices “came back” in the app and I could do changes to the different profiles in the SPC. However I can’t see any usage, or history browsing data in the different profiles. So it looks like they have fixed something but not all. Anyone having the same issue?
- ReZeRApr 10, 2023GuideExactly the same issue, devices can be seen (though Apple devices are not being identified anymore - just "Apple" - every other type of device is correctly named) and I can add profiles. I still can disable SPC (same error message as before) and no usage or history since it stopped working.

Too many issues with SPC, a poor product that is not worth the cost….
nothing heard from NETGEAR as usual, don’t think they care at all. This is not the only issue I have with SPC. Another big issue is the constant pinging of i.e. apple products that takes all the usage time from the kids. But I guess this is not a problem anymore since we can’t see any usage at all now…..

Same issue - locked out yesterday from disabling or enabling parental controls. This morning no usage is showing for devices added and pausing the internet to those profiles has no effect.

This has been very frustrating. Unable to manage any devices using SPC at this time. If it were a free service, I would have little to complain about. However, since it requires a separate subscription fee, it is a problem.

Same issue. Wasn't working at all, now no usage or history showing. I spent a lot of time trying to remedy the situation, thinking it was on my end. Very frustrating.
