I have had nothing but problems with paid Smart parental controls as soon as the support expired (3 months after I purchased router) I did pay for the smart parental controls but still there is no onl...
Same problem here. I’ve tried all that without lock. I can’t even assign new devices to profiles because the devices list never populates. It’s unacceptable that a paid subscription lacks of provider support.
