SPC - Can't disable (SPC-DISABLE-FAIL)
Hi, I am paying for this subscription as well as Armour and am finding it frustrating that after a router reboot (power outage) I have to go through a factory reset procedure just to enable SPC again...

Is this for the RAX40?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Is the from the Nighthawk app? What version?
What mobile OS are you using?

Hi, that's correct, I have the latest firmware and software updates for the NightHawk app.
Nighthawk RAX40v2.
Firmware Version: V1.0.11.112_2.0.77.
Tried to disable SPC from the Settings -> Parental Controls in the app. V2.19.0.2392
Running Android V12 on a Galaxy S10e (SM-G970F).
SPC has stopped working several times now and the only pattern I can see is that it happens when the router is restarted (e.g. due to power outage). I've tried to restart devices, including the one I run the NIghtHawk app on (several times). I've tried soft and hard resets on the router itself. I've tried various things from within the NightHawk app - such as the suggestion to turn SPC off/on however couldn't even turn it off.
It's as if the app itself doesn't recognise the subscription? The only way to resolve the issue is a time consuming factory reset, restore a backup I've made and then because SPC has lost all its settings I then need to re-assign each device to individual profiles, rename them all, redo all the settings, etc.).
It wouldn't be so bad if I could back up all the SPC configuration. Then the whole process would take ten minutes (instead of well over an hour).
Regards,
Bas

OK, thanks - so it's clearly a bug.
I'm after a work-around because frankly the number of issues I see other users having with SPC I don't have a lot of confidence bugs are being addressed/fixed/tested adequately.
