Spc-act-failed

Question

I have Nighthawk MR70 mesh system with 2 satellite. I purchased Smart Parent Control but cannot activate. Just get activation failed. I show active subscription in my settings. I removed cache, deleted storage, reinstalled app, reset router, and still cannot activate. Would really like to be able to use what i paid for. I see lots of post but no solutions. Can someone please post solution?
