SPC Logs communication to an Apple IP address as "Uncategorized"

I have found that when trying to manage usage using SPC, the iPhone device is communicating to an Apple IP address and Smart Parent Controls is logging this use as "Uncategorized".  There is no way f...

Is "random mac/ip" enabled on the Iphone?

    No I confirmed that both kids phones have that setting disabled.
