SPC not responding
Today my Orbi RBR50 smart parental controls is not responding. My kids iPads internet is paused and attempting to resume via the SPC tile in the orbi app fails with “unknown error” I deleted and rein...
Any progress on this?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

I deleted and reinstalled the Orbi app first.
Already rebooted both my Orbi router and satellite as well as my FiOS ONT connection but is still not working.
If anyone else is having this issue can you let Netgear support know?
