SPC not showing usuage or history?
Recently when i go into parental controls on the dashboard and usage it says my sone hasnt been online when I know he has, i have a time set which doesnt seem to be working anymore. The history is blank.
If i go to devices and click on the phone it says Netgear mytime is successfully paired. Sometimes it says its not paired but not sure why.
What is causing this? Is this a software issue or is this something to do with the device, with an app over riding it etc.

I'm experiencing the same, and have also noted that the pause feature is not working, nor are blocked sites being blocked. The device shows to be connected in the app (green), please help.
