"This plan is not available" for Smart Hope Parental Controls (Orbi RBR50)

I'm in the 30 day trial of SHPC and would like to subscribe.   However, when i try to purchase the full version in Orbi app, it tells me that "This plan is not available" for both Monthly/Annual op...

Thanks for the recommendation to update the FW. I now updated both RBS and RBR to v2.7.5.4 but still getting the "This plan is not available" message in Orbi App, so can't purchase SPC

    Looking at similar posts in this community, multiple people are encountering similar issue with SPC and not getting solution.

      Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

       

      Please wait until the free trial is completed to purchase SMART Parental Controls for your Orbi Mesh network. Navigate to the links below after your free trail is completed for further instruction. 

       

      Please follow the instructions below to purchase one using your Orbi app:

      To purchase a NETGEAR SPC subscription:

      Launch the Orbi app.
      Tap the home icon on the top left of your screen.
      Tap ADD ONS.
      Tap Parental Controls.
      Tap Buy Now > See Pricing.
      Choose a subscription plan and tap Get Started.
      Provide the required payment information.
      Tap the confirmation button at the bottom of your screen to confirm your purchase.
      NETGEAR SPC is active on your router.

       

      To verify that NETGEAR SPC is active on your router please do the following:

      Launch a web browser on a computer that is connected to your Orbi router’s WiFi network.
      Visit www.orbilogin.net.
      Enter the default user name and password.
      The default user name is admin. The default password is password. (The BASIC page will be displayed on initial login).
      Select ADVANCED > Security > Parental Controls.
      Click UPGRADE TO NETGEAR SPC at the bottom of the page.
      Select OK. (Please wait for your router to reboot.)

       

      Please note that after you enable NETGEAR SPC through your web browser, the Parental Controls page no longer displays in your router's web interface. Use the Orbi app to manage parental controls settings and access NETGEAR SPC.
