Within Orbi App, Parental control History displays only Time

I have been using the Orbi RBR750 router and 2 satellites without any issues until about 3 weeks ago when the History stopped showing, I could no longer Pause and Restart devices (the device would continue to work despite showing as Paused in the App).  I performed a Soft Factory Reset from within the web interface. Now, it seems like I can Pause and Start successfully and Usage History shows up but History only shows Time (screenshot attached).  I can go to the three dots to see the website accessed but that is tedious.

Has anyone had this experience? Any ideas on how to fix this?
