Have you guys actually been using it or assuming that since its plugged in its working. Your customers seem to be having one hell of a time keeping theirs working, a feat that gets hardware and harder the more you release firmware updates for the product.
At one point I wanted you guys to add features, now I want you to just make it work and leave it the hell alone.
