Cannot Paste Images

When I attempt to Reply to a post and attempt to paste an image from the Windows Clipboard, a message comes up, "Media Upload in Progress. Please try again in a few moments." (I would post a screen ...

It appears that this issue may be evolving.  This image is from the Windows Snipping Tool from a Chrome web page

but, adding another image from a different browser caused the error.

From Mac, trying a paste of an image failed - "Media upload failed". But using the camera and uploading the image form my computer worked

        K. PNG from Windows doesn't work for me. Odd behaviors for sure.
