Customer Service TW

You call for support, can't understand half of what the person is saying. Asks the same questions multiple times even though you have just given them an answer. They are more interested in talking over you. Putting you on hold multple times and coming back with the same questions as asked before. This is the last product from this company. If I had not bought this product online, I would just walk it back into the store and say keep it. I have yet to have a custome support call which solved my issue, they just say I will consider this issue or ticket closed. I guess it is closed if they dont have to fix your issue or deal with you as a consumer anymore.
