Many formatting controls are missing in replies

I'd like the full formatting tool bar shown when you start a new discussion thread to be available when I reply to an existing discussion.

I have contacted Khoros about this request, and they have confirmed it's on the roadmap. I'll keep you posted if I hear any ETA on availability.
