Notifications marked as read when they have not been.
Once you go to the Notifications page, it seems they are all marked as read because if you leave (clicking on one of the messages listed, for example) and come back, all of them are gone, not just the one you clicked on.

Did you do something you didn't think worked? When I now go back to notifications after leaving the page, I see both read and unread ones where it previously told me I had none.
Mines the same. Sometimes it'll show the unread, sometimes not.
I am also seeing that. Sometimes refreshing the page solves it.
I am also seeing some discussions threads with unread post notifications, even though I am certain I have clicked on every post. For instance, this thread shows two unread posts:
