PM's broken in new forum software
The envelope icon takes me to my inbox. From there, no way to reply to a message or start a new one. How does one send a PM with the new software?

I was able to make an edit, so the permissions should now give you the ability to start a new conversation and reply. Can you please take a look and let me know?

Agree, can neither find a way to create a new message, nor an ability to replay, top. Also, previously sent PMs are somehow gone, too

Your Sent PMs should still be there. If you take a look at the Inbox label, you'll notice a down arrow where you can toggle between the inbox and sent items.
Can you confirm this to be true for you?
