PM's broken in new forum software

The envelope icon takes me to my inbox.  From there, no way to reply to a message or start a new one.  How does one send a PM with the new software?

    Hello Sandshark​ and schumaku​,

    I was able to make an edit, so the permissions should now give you the ability to start a new conversation and reply. Can you please take a look and let me know?

    Ok. A simple quote (or multiple quotes are not easy possible. Not interested in using the " quote button and copy-paste each section manually.
