Quoting and Private Messages doesn't work

Access from full browsers does not work

This maybe tuned in more at some point, however for now the following process works for Quoting posts:
Need to Reply for the post your wanting to use quote on.
Mouse highlight the text body in the existing post text (can be all or some), As you mouse over the text or release the selection, a (") picture icon will appear on the screen.
Mouse select the Quote Icon over highlighted text. This will fill in the reply text box editor below with the text that was highlighted and selected.
Will populate the reply text editor box:
Then continue to enter in your text response.
Asked if the picture (") icon appearing can be moved else where as sometimes in browser features are displayed over the icon and will be not seen by some. Maybe have the process be re-selecting the tool bar quote icon a 2nd time to complete the function. Not sure if full populate will return when select the tool bar quote icon but they will check in to it.

Now please try splitting into multiple quotes. Or use the quote " control on the editor....
Works with ease and correct (more to say a no-brainer) in various other Khoros communities like HPE, Swisscom, ...
Useless point to repeat the little part of the quoting function for a single selected text to quote, that does indeed wor. This is not what I'm reporting and complaining about. Nothing to Enjoy my friend.
I can enjoy doing multi quotes in same post with ease.
