Scam number in your password reset email

Trying to set up Nighthawk app on new phone and somehow my password wasn't working.

Got this email with a one-time code.
It had this phone number to contact Netgear support and it took me to what was almost certainly a scam that first asked if I was over 50 and then tried to "give me a free medic alert device." Luckily I found another path through the app that had a real number for Netgear. 

I don't want to wait for my screenshot to upload.

It said:

"If you did not request this code, please contact Netgear Support at 1800 419 4543."
