Support Contact?

It would be really useful if the Netgear Community Forum provided a way for participants to get support for their use of the Forum itself.

 

For example:

 

  • If a person enters a valid User Name and Password, but the Forum does not "Sign In", how do they determine why? (and what to do about it?)

    I have been active on the Community Forum since 2018 and suddenly my user ID no longer works.  I can create new identities all I want (such as the one being used to make this post), but the one that has worked for eight years can no longer "Sign In".

  • If a person Replies to a post on the Forum, but the post "disappears".  How do they determine what happened to it and what they need to do?

    Perhaps the Forum software has determined that the post contains Spam or Abuse.  It would help to be told that, rather than have the post simply disappear.

There are web links to "Contact Us" and "Support", but they lead to the Netgear product support, and have nothing to do with the Community Forum.
