#1 M1 should work but sugest to have another wireless AP/Router plugged into M1's Ethernet to cover your home network, keep M1 as LTE modem.
#2 You can find many LTE antenna from eBay/Amazon, but need to make sure it does support TS-9 connector, or you need to buy additional convertor to support SMA which has more slections of antenna. The longer antenna cable it provides, the more loss you will be getting in terms of signal quality.
#3 You'd better to find a QC3.0 charger which has USB, and/or Type-C, connector so you can supply power to M1 via its Type-C jack. Most of QC3.0 charger should support 100-220V(or 240V) AC input but you should check
#4 Kolbi supports LTE B7, so any of M1 model should work, you might need to check if Kolbi does provide hotspot service for its SIM card, some carrier might block hotspot usage in purpose.
