impossible de me connecter au 192.168.1.1 avec AIrcard 797

Bonjour je viens d'acheter une AIrcard 797 et ça marche sans problème Je souhaite me connecter au 192.168.1.1 sur mon PC pour configurer à ma ma manière l'aircard mais je n'y arrive pas ..... on ne...

Bonjour jpkan ,

Fais un reset d'usine encore une fois stp, et assure-toi qu'il soit effectif, suivant les indications du manuel de l'utilisateur (page 78) :

To reset the mobile hotspot directly from the mobile hotspot:
Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
The mobile hotspot enters factory reset mode and first displays the message,
"Shutting down," followed by the message "Continue holding Power button to
 reset all settings to factory default," and then "Resetting Device.
 Please do not power off."

Note: If you release the power button too soon, the mobile hotspot turns
 off instead of resetting.

Si cela ne marche pas il faut contacter l'assistance Netgear voire demander un échange.
