There is the RBS50Y that is an outdoor orbi extender that would integrate.
you can add a standard extender but it wouldn't integrate with orbi or use the dedicated backhaul

Thanks for your response. I can't unfortunately use the RBS50Y since I don't have access to a plug outdoors.
Can I ask you what you mean when you say the extender wouldn't integrate with Orbi or use the backhaul? Would it actually extend the existing orbi mesh network? Thanks in advance.
You can add extenders but they won't integrate as part of orbi. meaning they won't use the dedicated backhaul (that keeps speeds higher and latency lower). Plus they won't roam as efficiently as they would as part of orbi.

RBW30
RBS40
RBS40V
RBS50
RBS50Y

Thanks a lot for the detailed response, i really appreciate it.Can I push my luck and ask you which of these models you would recommend in my specific situation, where I'm mostly trying to increase range (rather than speed) from a unit placed inside near a window to a location outside which is approximately 20/30m away with no obstacle other than the window?
Main difference between them?
The rbs50 series has the 1733mbps backhaul.
the other series have a 866mbps backhaul.
they're all going to have about the same range.
