Change password on Wi-Fi can’t seam to connect to change back to factory setting.

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what gateway is it connected to? 

4. what are you actually trying to do? Change the wifi? Reset the router? You didn't give much for details and details are what helps us to help you. 

5. If you're wanting to reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. that'll get you back to the defaults.
