The latest version of the NETGEAR Genie should be compatible with Windows 10. I suggest making sure that the program has been completely uninstalled by checking Programs and Features under Control Panel. You can then try to reinstall the program by downloading the latest version using he link below.

Well now my router is just not working only 2 lights that are on got no wi fi points to connect to, my provider is fine i can connect directly but nothing with the router, this will be my last post here since i now have to get another router and i have just had enough with netgear, **bleep** it good luck in the future if you keep selling **bleep** products like this
