Need password to uncompress Genie for windows app

I downloaded the Genie app for windows but then I try to open the RAR file my "free opener program asks for a password.  It seems the RAR file is password protected.

    The genie file, NETGEAR_Genie-install_Windows_V2.4.64.rar, is not password protected.

     

    But you do need something that can unpack RAR files.

     

    I suspect that it is your unnamed "free opener program" that wants a password for itself, not for the file.
