Netgear Genie DESKTOP app for Mac OS (2015 Version)

Where can I download the latest edition of the manual for the DESKTOP version of Netgear Genie for Mac OS? The Netgear download site seems to provide only the manual for the MOBILE app.

Hard to find on the official Netgear marketing and support pages. Using a search engine does bring links to 2011 and 2012 versions, have a newer one (from 2014) on my own archive - see attached. Of course, there might be newer or more complete or specific UM for desktop Genie - but afraid, I don't know more. Things seem to have lost in space - brilliant product managers you have there, Netgear - not. They still get paid, or received the one way tickets for Tasmania already?

Indeed, this is completely missing from the obvious resources like the Genie App landing page...

    https://www.netgear.com/home/discover/apps/genie.aspx

    ...or the Genie Support information...
    https://www.netgear.com/support/product/Genie.aspx#docs

Christian_R ChristineT action please ... the macOS version download has disappeared from the Genie lading page, too.

Thank you for your response. I actually have a newer (Oct. 2015) edition of the manual. It's 186 pages (14.8MB!) compared to your 57-page (1.5MB, Nov. 2014) edition. (Because of Netgear's limit on file size, I'll [try to] upload the newer edition in four pieces, the first of which is attached to the message.)

I mistakenly thought the manual did not apply to Macs, because of the section "Manage the Desktop genie App Settings For Windows Computers", which explains how to change program settings. There's no corresponding information for Mac computers, even though it is possible to change the same settings in the program's Preferences.

By the way, the editing is terrible throughout the manual — e.g., this sentence from the section cited above (with emphasis added here): "If you do don’t wand the genie app to start, you can disable autostart."

    Hello cspalding360

Thank you for your feedback on the NETGEAR download site. I will report this and provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may refer to schumaku's attachment and mark as "Accept as Solution" if that is indeed what you're looking for.
