Netgear Genie Program shuts down during use.

Question

I'm running Netgear Genie on Windows 10. In the past the program has worked fine. I've been attempting to set up a VPN network for cameras and now the Netgear Genie program will start just long enough for me to quickly sign in and then the program just disappears from the screen. I'm not all that versed in computer networks and this has been a challenge. Any help in fixing the Netgear Genie program will be greatly appreciated. Thanks&nbsp;

I've been goofing around with this all day. I finally got the WIFI Analytics page to stay open but none of the other pages will stay open longer then 15 seconds!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Tried reinstalling the genie?

If you have lost the installation files, get it from here.

It comes as a rar file, which needs unpacking and that can confuse people.

Thanks for the info. I extracted that file and all of a sudden Genie started to work. It only lasted 1 session and then it started to do the same thing. I then uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed. I'll keep trying. Thanks
