Netgear R6200 firmware issue

1. I didn't say install the newest. I said install a couple versions newer than you had. You're on the .28 version. Don't go all the way to the newest. Try installing the .48 version instead. Not the .58.
2. If you can't access it, try the factory reset. Anytime there's an issue after a firmware change, that's one of the first things recommended as old settings can cause issues.
PS. It might be time to keep an eye out for a newer router. that device was released in 2012. Its getting a bit older and isn't the highest performing device either.
