1. What is the current firmware version of the router? This link may help.
2. What is the status of the Internet LED? Page 10 of the user manual here may help.
3. Do you have other devices that can go online without any issue?
4. Have you tried resetting the router?

1. Please indicate the exact model number and firmware version of both your router and extender.
2. When you say "reset", are referring to doing a factory reset or just turning the device off and on?
3. Are your devices trying to connect to the main router or the extender?
4. Do you have other devices that work fine when connecting to either the router or the extender?
