My router is registered to the incorrect email address it doesn’t even exist so I cannot reset it. I cannot get in the security settings of my app due to this issue

Very few features tie a device to an email address.

Which security settings? Here too, there aren't many settings, if any, that tie security to an email address. But without knowing which Orbi device is involved, we are all left guessing.
